Hello parents and students.  I want to tell you a little bit about myself.  I grew up in Houston.  I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University and received my masters from the University of Houston.  I have taught 28 years.  I am married and have two children.  My daughter, Lindsey, is 26 years old.  She is now married and teaching Kindergarten at Hemmenway Elementary.  My son, Jonathan, is 23 years old.  He is a junior at Texas A & M.  I have a granddaughter named Kenzie.  She is one year old.  I have a dachshund named Bandit.  I enjoy traveling, visiting with friends, playing with my grandbaby and cross stitching.
