I love teaching! In fact, it runs in the family. Both my father and mother worked in Cy-Fair ISD throughout my upbringing, and I married a teacher, too! My husband, Joseph, teaches Choir at Cypress Springs High School. Not only do I love to teach, but I also love to learn. I grew up attending Cy-Fair ISD schools. I went to Moore Elementary, Arnold Middle School, and Cy-Fair High School. Still wanting to learn more, I attended Houston Baptist University to earn my Bachelor's Degree and become a certified teacher. Recently, I completed the coursework to earn my Master's Degree, but I am not finished learning yet! I plan to continue to attend classes and trainings to learn new strategies to use in my classroom and to further my growth as an educator.
